Dove Design Stoneware Covered Casserole Pottery Serving Baking Casserole Dish is best for youThis functional casserole is a joy to bake and serve in. A subtle dove design in white slip graces the lid. Glazed with my special wood ash glaze, the turquoise slip incised pattern shows through on the sides. Hand rolled handles make it easy to grip when hot. Lined in the interior with my rich buttermilk glaze. It is easy to clean and the cobalt blue decoration shows through. At 7 inches to top of lid and 9 inches wide this holds about 2-3/4 quarts in volume. I sell many of these for wedding gifts, or just for baking your special dish for a crowd. I pull it out of the oven hot and wrap it in a bath towel. It will stay warm for an hour as you head to a potluck! Hardy stoneware but still put it in the oven at room temperature and heat. Dishwasher, food, and microwave safe.
