Handmade Cooking Pot Eco - Friendly Ceramic Clay Kitchen Artisan Cookware is best for youCompletely handmade. Made by a an Artisan with extensive experience in pottery. Our Artisan lives and works in Opishnya - the pottery capital of Ukraine, where for centuries real ceramic masterpieces have been created. Opishnyanskiy clay has more than 100 varieties, and each time our Artisan chooses which clay to use, depending on the planned product. For this pot he uses a mixture of 3 - 5 kinds of clay. The clay is dug by hand. A few years (1, 2 years - at least) the clay has to mature in the open air, and only then it is ready for operation. This pot is made on the pottery wheel. Then the pot dries for 1 month, and gets fired up in a furnace at 1000 degrees celcius. Afterwards the pot is glazed and fired again. Once that is finished, the product is ready for long-term operation. Such pot will serve you for cooking the most delicious dishes ever and will become irreplaceable in your kitchen.
